HEATING BOILER TIG S OF LARGER CAPACITY FOR SOLID FUEL AND BIOMASS, FROM 120 KW TO 2000 KW
Heating boiler type “TIG S” is intended for central heating of bigger houses and business objects, in industrial plants to provide heat on the exchangers (eg. dryers) of greenhouses and other buildings at the operating mode of 90/70°C and pressure up to 3 bars.
The use of the boiler is especially emphasized in agriculture for heating economies, farms and workshops, because of the use of biomass as an energy source. Thanks to the law price of the fuel, great savings can be achieved as it is shown in the picture in table 1.

Basically the boiler is intended for heating with solid fuel and biomass (medium calorific coal, wood, soy and cereal grain straw-bales, maize, maize cobs, stubs from horticulture and other combustible debris). Because of the big door and combustion chamber, wood and plant waste don’t need chopping. The boiler’s capacity is from 120 to 1000 kW. The big opening of the door allows easy filling and cleaning of the boiler. The high degree of usefulness is from 0.75 to 0.85.
The boiler, with minor changes, can be adopted for use of liquid and gaseous fuels.
In case of biomass combustion it is possible to install a smoke chamber between the smoke and the chimney for deposition of floating ash in the exhaust gases, and a fan.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BOILER WITH CONNECTABLE AND OVERALL DIMENSIONS
Heating boiler, type “TIGS”, is a product developed on the bases of long term experience in designing and production of boilers for central heating, with a capacity of 120 to 1000 kW.
It has a modular structure, so that all elements of the boiler are technological units (water grid, furnaces, exchanger, smoke chamber). During exploitation the boiler withstands thermal expansion very well due to the elastic connections of the elements of the boiler.
The boiler is made of steel sheet, guaranteed chemical ingredients and seamless tubes. The combustion chamber is made of special sheet for boilers, resistant to the effects of high temperatures. It is performed by welding. The testing of the boilers for waterproofing is done at our own testing station at a testing pressure of 4 bars.
The boiler is covered with a high-quality mineral wool insulation and aesthetically fabricated sheet metal casing, which together reduce losses and increase the efficiency of the boiler.
